St. Aloysius Pre-University College, Harihar is a religious minority Institution run by the Mangalore Jesuit Educational Society primarily for the education of the Catholic youth which is also at the service of others without any distinction of caste, creed or culture. The college is named after St. Aloysius Gonzaga, the Patron Saint of the college, who harboured a burning desire to serve God and people.
Located in the picturesque suburbs of Harihar, a shrine of Our Lady of Health and home to the historic Harihareshwara temple, St. Aloysius Pre-University College, is indeed a sacred temple of learning. Within a short span of ten years, the college has carved a niche for itself in the field of education.
