Loyola School, PU College, Bijapur

Loyola School and P. U College are a religious minority institution. The School / P.U College are a branch of Karnataka Jesuit Educational Society managed by the Society of Jesus. The Society of Jesus is a Catholic religious order founded by St. Ignatius of Loyola in 1540. The members of the Society are popularly known as Jesuits. The Jesuits have been active in the field of education throughout the world since their origin. Although religious by composition, the services of the society have touched young people without any distinction of religion, caste or creed.

Loyola School began in 2000 and P U College began in 2010 for the purpose of imparting higher education to youngsters. The School and college draw its experience form an institutional legacy of 500 years of service in the field of education in India and throughout the world. Highly qualified and experienced faculty members, well planned infrastructure and value based view of education are the pillars of Loyola institutions.
